Raid Warden stores the account and guild information needed to run the application: profile names, guild memberships, roles, character records, raid signups, attendance, DKP ledger entries, bids, loot awards, leadership notes, and activity history. Private guild data is protected by login, guild membership, and role-based access.
Public demo pages use sample data only. Real guild records are visible only to authenticated users who belong to the relevant guild, with leadership-only records restricted to Guild Leaders and Officers.
